This is Kroove the Kopa. The Kopa are a mix of bird and wolf. The species belongs to and was created by
 Kroove was made for her use if she wants him. He is supposed to be a villain. I'm not sure how off the mark I am with that. Here is a backstory if you want to use it. He was origionally a part of the aerial corp. Kroove distinguished himself in battle and dedicated his life to the corp. In a skirmish his left wing was torn off leaving him grounded, and in his own eye's, crippled. He was relieved of his duties because he was no longer able to fly. It has left him bitter and without a singly ally. Feel free to totally give him a new history. That was only what I had in mind while drawing him. He is missing one of his toes on the right foot. |

The guy's backstory might need a bit of tweaking or fine-toning to figure out how to fit him in the story, however. From your description, I'm picturing a character under no alliance, neither Morrogh's rule nor working with the rebels. This is fair and good, as there'll be character development and storylines worked into the action part of the animation, but I'm unsure how this guy would show up in the film - to tell the truth, it seems like he could become one of the rebels since Morrogh's army apparently abandoned this one.
